Ford's 'Powershift' DCTs are made by Getrag; Skoda use VW-made gearboxes. VW effectively kick-started the DCT business back in 2003 so have the most experience with it - that's not to say they are all perfectly reliable but they are as reliable as any mass-made, consumer automotive device needs to be. I'd find something else to worry about.
